Supervisor:
We are actively seeking a motivated, dependable person for the position of part-time Ice Arena Supervisor. Flexibility and customer service oriented is a must. Prior ice rink experience, management, cashiering, and/or heavy equipment operation is a plus. Box Office Attendant
Enthusiastic, personable, responsible person who enjoys making customers happy. Respond to questions and ensure accurate payment transactions. Your job will be to make sure customers are satisfied and we have maximum profitability. Attendants must have a sense of humor and be prepared to offer first class customer service. Flexible hours available, but eagerness to work nights and weekends a plus. Additional duties include: • Conduct sales transactions • Operate point-of-sale system • Answer questions • Maintain rink in a clean and tidy condition.
Cleaner:
If you are responsible, work well independently, and have an eye for detail, our hospitality team wants you! Evening and late night hours available, however hours may change as needed. Must be willing to do heavy cleaning on a regular basis.
Swimming School Instructor:
Similar to swimming director we are looking for a self-motivated, friendly, energetic individual to teach eager young people Red Cross standard swimming lessons and water safety. This individual has experience and truly enjoys, and knows how to teach kids of all ages how to swim and be safe in the water. This is a year round part time position.
Qualifications
Current WSI (American Red Cross) or YSL (YMCA) certifications.
CPR/AED/First Aid or Lifeguard certs.
At least 1 year of consistent experience of swim lesson instructing.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE, NOT ACTIVELY HIRING:
Swimming School Director / Instructor: We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, friendly individual to head up our year round part time American Red Cross swimming lesson program. We have an indoor heated pool, which accommodates all age and personality types of kids for this program. We are looking for an eager individual that is organized and goal oriented with problem solving skills for situations that may take place with this type of position. We are looking to hire immediately but will be very picky of who we will hire, as safety for our patrons and staff will be of utmost priority with customer service being the next first. Please keep in mind that some of our kids are of special needs and you must poses the skills to accommodate them.
Qualifications:
Current WSI (American Red Cross) or YSL (YMCA) certs.
CPR/AED/First aid or lifeguard certs.
At least 2 years experience swim instructing with some leadership skills.
Marketing skills
Computer savvy
The person we are seeking must truly enjoy teaching and believes in the importance of excellent and fun swim instruction in order to promote safety around water.
Party Host/Hostesses: Enthusiastic, personable, responsible person able to coordinate all aspects of parties. Experience singing Happy Birthday a plus! Job duties will include (but are not limited to):
