Youth Hockey
Iceoplex offers a variety of programs for youth players of all skill levels. Our primary goal is to develop, first, a person with strong character and then a hockey player.
Penguins In-House Hockey
Our in-house, recreational youth teams are called the Iceoplex Penguins. The Penguins hockey program is designed for players who are comfortable on their skates, have a basic knowledge of hockey, and feel ready for team play. Here, players taught by our staff and volunteer coaches will improve their skating, puck handling, and game awareness and will participate in one game and one practice per week. To help players succeed and develop at their top potential, these teams consist of evenly skilled players who are evenly matched against opponents.
Private Instruction
Here at Iceoplex we offer private instruction to those who seek out additional coaching and ice time. All coaches are certified and will give your child the edge they are looking for. Skating, passing, shooting, everything you need..
Fees vary from instructor to instructor. Lesson fee does not include admission fee, private lessons are given during public session and sticktime. Hour and ½ hour lessons available.
